Testimonial:

“when regular physiotherapy treatments didn’t seem to be helping I came upon the YogaEssentia website and Liz’s background in physiotherapy and yoga teaching. Her application of knowledge from both disciplines and patient, enthusiastic teaching manner has not only repaired a long standing lower back problem, it provided a significant catalyst for the adoption of a regular yoga practice that has brought appreciable benefits physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga is now a part of daily life. Thank you Liz for your teaching method and continuing guidance in my development of a complete yoga practice”
